Officials with Centennial Yards Company creating the ambitious, 50-acre urban revitalization project in downtown Atlanta recently filed a Special Administrative Permit application to move the property's first hotel and apartment construction plans forward, with the proposed hotel and apartment to be located near both State Farm Arena and Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
